The UTN team experienced a dynamic and inspiring kick-off week focused on exchange, visibility, and new connections. They hosted a project booth to present their plans and engage with academics and partners, while project pitches and strategic sessions highlighted UTN’s vision for collaboration. 

After the New Year’s reception on Wednesday, team leaders worked on their subprojects on Thursday, and the week concluded with a full team day on Friday, strengthening alignment and team spirit. 

Together, these activities laid a strong foundation for the partnership ahead.
